The owner is an established service provider in her third year of business looking to enhance her public image and get some guidance on her brand messaging as well some outside feedback on how to take her business forward.

During our meeting, it was discovered that the mission of the business was to empower people from a place of weakness and get them out of victim mode. Sherrie was missing information of the conditions she treated as well as an about page within her website.
My goal was to include language that her potential clients identified with, but adding a strengths based feel to the messaging. Messaging that was genuine to Sherrie included - "It brings me great joy" and "Safe Space" i included this in her website copy.
I advised Sherrie to include a professional brand photo of herself on her website, showing warmth and approachability to create trust with her clients.
During our meeting, Sherrie's brand vision was to provide group hypnotherapy to corporate clients. I pointed out that Sherrie was already doing so within her regular position in public health care. Sherrie now adds this to her LinkedIn profile.
